At Outsy, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not accept returns or refunds, we do offer size exchanges to ensure you find the best fit.
Size Exchanges
- Exchanges are only accepted for different sizes of the same item (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while we will cover the shipping of the exchanged item back to you.
How to Request an Exchange

Email us at outsysg@gmail.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the new size.

Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided address.

We’ll ship out your new size once we receive and inspect the original item.
We recommend checking our size guide before purchasing to minimise the need for exchanges.
Defective Products
We take great care in ensuring every Outsy piece meets our quality standards.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To qualify for a replacement:
- The defect must not be caused by normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage
- The item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Report a Defect
- Email us at outsysg@gmail.com with your order number, the item and photos or videos clearly showing the defect.

Once verified, we’ll arrange for an exchange, depending on stock availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
